What's the process to repair my computer at PC-COM?
PC-COM will diagnose your computer and make assesment of your repair needs. Once we inform you with what needs to be done, you can decide whether to get it fix or not. If your computer is a desktop, you will need to bring the computer only and no cables needed. If you have a laptop, you will need to bring the laptop and the ac adapter. Diagnostic can take 1-2 days depending on the repair problem.
Once the computer had been fixed and ready to be picked up, we request for you to have time to sit down with us and show you what work had been done. We will answer any questions you have and show you how to maintain your pc. After you take your computer home and you still have any questions, you can us and we would be happy to help you.
