I came in at 10 am Monday, they had it fixed by 2 pm Tuesday. Excellent service, nice guys, and most of all they charged a fair price. I would definitely recommend going there, and if I have an issue with my PC in the future I will go there.

I purchased a new computer a couple of months ago. I developed a shutdown issue due to overheating as well as a software issue with Microsoft Outlook. I took the computer back for repair. PC-Com gave it their immediate attention and called me within 48 hours to tell me they had fixed both problems. Not only are all the personnel very knowledgeable, but they are extremely customer friendly and a delight to work with. I would strongly recommend this business to anyone needing a new computer, parts or computer repair.

Pc-Com has been a family business on the west side of Indianapolis for a long time. They built Computer for my wife in 1986 and we have continued to come back and have always been satisfied with their support. Ana, Phil, and Tim have always been very helpful and so with the vanishing of XP support at hand we did ask them to custom build us two new PCs that features one internal Storage Craft Destop 5.0 w/1year update. to insure that our snapshots of data and operating systems can be easily restored.

These folks are great at communicating to novice computer users like myself. The quality and quick turn around time on repairs is impressive. Fair pricing and good service, too. I hope these people stick around for a long time.

I was referred here a couple years ago for some repairs I needed for my desktop and laptop, and now I also use them to custom build new computers - I've never had a bad experience. Phil, Tim and Anna are all amazing - even though they are busy, they always take the time to explain what your options are, and when your computer is ready to pick up, they show you what they've done and make sure it is working to your satisfaction before you have to pay. They always call first before installing something that costs more than what they estimated, and they are often done even before they say they will be. I happily recommend them to everyone I know.

Came in looking for some PC parts and ended up having a fully working gaming computer. They had just about everything I was looking for and were also able to put it together very quickly while also my own case that I brought in. All of the staff there were very friendly and well informed they have a good stock of parts. I'll definitely come back here if I need anything or want to do any upgrades. I highly recommend them especially over the big chain places.

This is the very best computer building and repair service I have ever had any dealings with. I have a business and they keep my computers going. They are very consumer friendly. Very knowledgeable and efficient. They are very competitive with their prices and have quick turnaround. I have recommended them to several friends and relatives. Some have driven over 25 miles to use them because they are trustworthy and will not do anything that does not to be done, however do what needs to be done and guarantee their work. I rate them 6 stars.
